Come vibe with us!! A wonderful beginner/intermediate friendly fusion flow class in a very lightly heated room (75-80 degrees).  A remix to your traditional yoga class, we'll spice up practice with a fun flow and music!  It's a fantastic workout to strengthen, tone and stretch your body.

Sunrise Flow

Wake up the body and stoke the fire with an energizing flow and playlist. Grab your morning zen and meet the day refreshed and ready for action. All levels welcome. We incorporate breath work and meditation with movement.


Classroom is heated from 90-95 degrees. 

Hatha Yoga

This class creates vitality, physical power & freedom to access accelerated results in your overall body strength and confidence. You will link the movement in your body with your breath to create a flow that will generate sweat and empowerment! This class is upbeat and fun because we turn up the music and flow with the beat. Music selection varies by instructor. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners, from raw beginner to advanced. Teachers offer modifications as you are learning or healing injuries.

Classes are held in a room heated to 90-95 degrees to help loosen up the muscles and joints, while detoxing the entire body.

All levels class.  Slower flow offering students the opportunity to tune into the breath; noticing the breath directing the body.  Warmth in the studio allows the body to move freely and release tension.  A wind down from your day.

This class is approachable to both beginners and those with some yoga experience. Sequencing will build off of fundamentals and provide you with the opportunity to explore the edge of your developing practice.  The teacher plans the class to fit the needs of the students in the room. 

Prenatal Yoga

Slow Burn

Recharge, restore, and reconnect with this hot yoga class. This class combines the elements of intentional movement, vinyasa flow, pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation in a hot room set to music. You will hold poses a little longer and feel the burn as you build muscle, strength and stamina, as well as burning calories. You will learn yoga techniques that help strengthen the body, and restore the parasympathetic nervous system and immune system. You will leave feeling a deeper connection to yourself and your body.


This class is appropriate for all levels and classroom is warmed between 80-85 degrees to help loosen up the muscles and joints.

Relax & Unwind

Relax & unwind is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath, & we become stronger mentally and physically. This class is great for beginners, as well as seasoned practitioners! Warmth in the studio allows the body to move freely and release tension.

Flow and Restore

Restorative yoga is a gentle class with the aid of props- blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. The temperature in the room is cooler, so dress warm and comfortable. This practice is great for anyone looking to slow down, to relieve stress, to calm the excessive mind chatter, or even those recovering from injuries. Restorative is beneficial for insomnia and promoting deep sleep. Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice. No yoga experience needed!

Mudra Meditation

Mindful Mondays

Take a break during the day to calm your mind, settle your body, and find a softer focus to your day. Beginners to practicing meditators will benefit from this class. This class consists of a beginning breath work and then progressing into guided mindfulness meditation

Stretch with Block


Yin yoga has many benefits other than just being a good balance to our active life styles.  The YIN practice releases fascia and improves joint mobility allowing the flow of nutrients and energy through the body.  Holding poses that gently lengthen the muscles and fascia helps to break up adhesions and applying mild stress to joints and connective tissue can increase their range of motion.  Poses are held for an extended period of time allowing the body to release. As an added bonus, the YIN practice calms and balances the mind and body, increases circulation, improves flexibility and balances the internal organs.
